Price and BookingWe aim to provide a premium evening of entertainment to our clients and, unlike some discos, cut no corners in the amount of preparation and consultation we undertake with you to ensure that you are getting everything you hope for. Inevitably this means that we will not be the cheapest disco you are able to find for your event, nor, conversely, will we be the most expensive. However, we strongly believe that we offer exceptional value for money for the service we provide. It is here that the old adage “You get what you pay for” never rang more true.

The most common question we are asked is “How much do you charge?” There is no easy answer to that question as our fees are based on many variable factors. These include the number of guests you are inviting and the size of the venue (both of which contribute towards the scale of show we provide and the staff we need to plan, set up and man it), the length of time you wish us to perform, whether you wish us to provide any supplementary services such as mood lighting, the ease of access to the venue and the distance we have to travel. For this reason we do not publish prices on our website, as each event is individual and tailored to your specific requirements. However, following an initial consultation, either in person, over the phone or via e-mail, we are happy to provide a quotation for any specific date.

Booking Process

After you have made contact we will confirm whether we are available on your required date. Following an initial conversation, we will issue you with a written quotation based on your requirements as discussed above. Assuming that you wish to proceed on the basis of this quotation, following a further, more extensive consultation to ensure that all your wishes are fully understood, we will then issue a formal contract outlining our commitment to you and your obligations to us, and confirming our charges including any overrun and supplementary fees that might be applicable. It is at this point we request a deposit from you, usually 25% of the final fee, to secure the booking, which  must be returned to us within 14 days accompanied by our contract signed by you. The balance of our charges will become due two weeks before the event, payable by cheque, cash or bank transfer – we will supply our bank details upon request. If a booking is made less than a month in advance of the event, then the full fee is payable upon booking.








In the event of you needing to cancel the booking for any reason, we will do our utmost to re-arrange for another date, but if this is not possible, we do need to make a charge for reserving our time. Cancellations made more 30 days in advance of an event will result in forfeiture of the deposit paid on booking. Cancellations made less than 30 days before the event will incur the full charge for the agreed services to be provided as it is highly unlikely that a substitute booking will be obtained in this limited time.
