After you have made contact we will confirm whether we are available on your required date. Following an initial conversation, we will issue you with a written quotation based on your requirements as discussed above. Assuming that you wish to proceed on the basis of this quotation, following a further, more extensive consultation to ensure that all your wishes are fully understood, we will then issue a formal contract outlining our commitment to you and your obligations to us, and confirming our charges including any overrun and supplementary fees that might be applicable. It is at this point we request a deposit from you, usually 25% of the final fee, to secure the booking, which must be returned to us within 14 days accompanied by our contract signed by you. The balance of our charges will become due two weeks before the event, payable by cheque, cash or bank transfer – we will supply our bank details upon request. If a booking is made less than a month in advance of the event, then the full fee is payable upon booking.

In the event of you needing to cancel the booking for
any reason, we will do our utmost to re-arrange for another date, but if
this is not possible, we do need to make a charge for reserving our time.
Cancellations made more 30 days in advance of an event will result in
forfeiture of the deposit paid on booking. Cancellations made less than 30
days before the event will incur the full charge for the agreed services
to be provided as it is highly unlikely that a substitute booking will be
obtained in this limited time.
